Hostio is a website hosting company located in Kazakhstan. We offer a variety of hosting services to our customers, including shared hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated hosting, and cloud hosting.

Services Description 
We offer a range of hosting plans to our customers. These plans vary in price, duration and features they include. Our Services include, but are not limited to, the following:
-    Provision of hosting services to our customers.
-    Provision of technical support to our customers.
-    Maintenance of our servers and network infrastructure.
-    Backups of customer data.
-    Provision of email services to our customers.
-    Provision of a control panel to manage hosting accounts.

Age and Country Restrictions 
Our Services are only available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and are residents of Kazakhstan or other countries where we are authorized to offer our Services. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you are not located in any of these prohibited jurisdictions:
Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russian Federation, Belarus, Regions of Ukraine: Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk, Myanmar (Burma), Central African Republic, China, Congo DR, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Nicaragua, Somalia, Sudan, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Registration and Payment Process 

To use our Services, you must first register for an account on our website. During the registration process, you will be required to provide us with certain information, including your full name, email address, phone number, country and address. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and to update this information as necessary.

Once you have registered for an account, you will be able to purchase hosting plans from our website. You will be able to select from Basic, Pro and Pro+  hosting plans , as well as select duration of your hosting plan (1, 6 and 12 month). Also, you will be able to add up to 100GB of additional space and some additional services to your cart, such as: mail boxes, unlimited databases and personal manager.

Once your order is ready, you must input your domain, choose the payment method and procced to the payment page. On the payment page you need to provide us with your payment information. Payment with your Mastercard or Visa credit/debit card in United States dollars (USD) or Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT) are currently available. More payment methods may be added in future. 

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our Services, including any applicable taxes. We may modify our pricing and payment policies at any time, but any changes will not affect any purchases you have already made.

The client agrees to use only his own bank card when making payments on our website. Using another person's debit/credit card is a violation of the site's terms of service and may result in legal liability. In addition, the client is not permitted to share his debit/credit card information with third parties for payment purposes. We reserve the right to block the account and contact the client in the event that suspicious transactions are detected using a card or client information belonging to another individual.

Cancelation and Refund Policy 

We grant our Users with the right of cancellation of the subscription and refund in certain circumstances.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us via email ten business days before the cancellation date you desire. The cancellation request is contingent on account ownership verification. Please note that in the event of cancellation, the Customer is only eligible for a refund of the portion of the subscription fee corresponding to the underutilized portion of the subscription. A subscription cancellation may take up to 10 business days to execute.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all of our hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our Services for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team.
We do not offer refunds for domain name registrations or SSL certificates. In case subscription was purchased at a discount or as part of a special offer the refund will not be available. Additionally, if your account has been suspended or terminated for violating these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Intellectual Property 
All content and materials available on our website, including without limitation, the text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of Hostio or our affiliates and are protected by Kazakhstan and international copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content or materials obtained from our website without our prior written consent.

Indemnification 
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In the event of disputes between the website and the user, the parties should seek to resolve them through negotiations. If the disputes that have arisen cannot be resolved through negotiations, any disputes arising in connection with the use of the Site shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
